I don't think so. There are constitutional impediments to that and Pence doesn't have any kind of connection to the crazies that Trump does. I think he would be utterly ineffectual.
That said, I am still utterly stunned that the fucking IDIOTS in this country were SO FUCKING STUPID as to elect an amoral, ignorant clown as President. I'm in utter amazement that a device as absurdly stupid as the leaf blower managed to become a mass-produced item that people accept as part of our world. So maybe I'm not so good for predicting reality.
I was just telling a friend a few days ago that I can't believe Trump is still president. And, you know, it's been 3 years since he announced his bid for the presidency. Three years of this grifting clown having a national platform for his craziness.
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Who knows. If there is a light, it could also be a train coming.
