Atheists are only capable of sinning from a Christian perspective and not from their own
Because they do not accept the concept of sin only of right and wrong or good and bad
Also many atheists are moral relativists and do not accept that objective morality exists

 You are incorrect in your view from the Christian stand and the atheist
Sin is anything that is against Gods nature and will. There is no other standard just because atheist do not like who God is does not excuse them
nor does it excuse Christians if they choose to ignore who God is. It doesnt matter what anyone believes it is entirely what God deems to be right

It is not that atheists do not like God rather that they do not think he exists. You are right though
that it does not matter what anyone believes only what is true and can be demonstrated to be so
