But as intelligent atheists, we know they believe. Belief is all they have. Belief is all they need. It says so right there in the bible.
Nobody mocks them for believing anything.
They constantly shoot themselves in the foot because they're not content with belief alone.
They take it upon themselves to validate their beliefs against our reality as described by science.
Why would they want to do that? Why would they need to do that?
Is faith alone not enough for them? When did theology start evolving into a scientific endeavour?
We're genuinely curious to hear their reasoning.
