Just got back from a productive jog.
Saw a fellow runner again. The first time I saw him, he was with his wife I think, I was entering the park while he was leaving the park.
It's basically a 1.5 mile jog from my apartment to the park.
Today, I saw him again, but this time we both left the park at the same time. He's a spry older man, long white hair, not as long as mine, tied up in a ponytail and a lovely beard that I could probably never grow even if I lived to as old as Noah. He can jog quite well for his age, which I would place anywhere between 50-70 (sometimes I'm not good with determining age).
Today, I thought he was following me. His jogging style, which I've seen before, consists of short, fast sprints with moments of rest/walking in between. My jogging style, until I can improve my endurance, currently consists of a slower paced long distance running with occasional rests of walking in between. My endurance is slowly improving. When I can run the distance without stopping to walk, then I will focus on improving my speed.
Anywho, come to find out, this older gentleman jogger and I live in the same apartment complex. Not sure where he lives, I ran ahead of him and didn't look behind me to see if he veered off anywhere.
