Would you like him sleep-deprived, and impatiently tapping that hypodermic needle on the bed to awaken the patient for their pain medication? Not saying that Kit would do that, but I know a guy who served in the Air Force who claimed he did this very thing. He was a complete asshole as a supervisor, as well. Years after I left that (auto parts) store job, I was ecstatic to hear that he'd been fired for his behavior.
