If you are interested in a run-of-the-mill space opera and don’t mind some very faint cosmetic styling cues derived from Star Trek, then it’s fine.
If you think Star-Trekness is itself an significant value driver then there is little value of that type there. It’s really a new show trying too hard but not too successfully to milk old time Star Trek.

Then it and on syndication and everyone started watching and it grew into what it is now.

2 seasons and still ongoing of discovery
