When people say "you live in your mother's basement", well, if you want to live longer, just know time slows down the closer to the center of gravity of a celestial body.

Scientists literally have sensitive equipment that can detect the difference in time between your attic and basement.

Just learned a new term watching this show. "Frame dragging" that is when any body, a black hole, a star or even a planet, causes space/time to swirl around the object.
