Mueller can’t do anything to him while he’s the president anyway, so what is the point? Who cares? We all know his Congress isn’t going to impeach him. This is all an exercise in futility. I’m beyond cynical at this point, tbh.
UGGG, I am well aware that only congress can impeach a President. But that does not mean he cant nail him now. Flip congress and he is fucked. But until then everyone needs to constantly point out what lying con he is.
It's not just porn stars, it is not just Russia, he also has a lawsuit being allowed to go through about the emolument's clause.
I am beyond the point of giving a fuck, he is not politics as normal. He consistently lies to undermine our checks on power, including his own republican intel. This is a long term danger, that if more people take his toxic political tactic of vilification, and more politicians adapt it to merely get a win, our society will collapse.
"What is the point"? That is the point, so I could give a shit less, there is no point in giving up considering what is at stake.
The danger we face RIGHT NOW is that the longer he uses vilification and scapegoating, and the more other politicians do the same for a cheap win, the more danger our system of checks on power is in.
