Violent thunder and storm hitting the tower of Sauron in Mekkah
Saudi storm brings lightning, fierce winds to Mecca

Riyadh (AFP) – Fierce storms closed schools Wednesday in Saudi Arabia's Mecca region, home to Islam's holiest site, the Grand Mosque, which was lashed by heavy rains and wind overnight, witnesses said.

So, a violent thunderstorm hit Mekkah's holy mosque today.
The winds themselves were faster than 80 KM per second:

It should be noted that the city was infested with bugs, then locusts, and now this storm.

Global Warming disasters are sins of all humankind. Honestly, every nation contributed to this bad weather; every person is responsible if you look at it in an objective way.

Using fossil fuel? then you contributed to the destruction of the planet.

Using the products of factories that pollute the planet? then you contributed to the destruction of the planet.

Smoking? then you contributed to the destruction of the planet.

You elected people that make wars and burn fossil fuel? then you contributed to the destruction of the planet.

The result? even your holy places will get destroyed.
After all, God is just. His punishment doesn't differentiate based on class or skin color.

80 km/second?  If true, I might have to re-evaluate my belief in God.

Quote:The storm brought gale force winds exceeding 80 kilometres (50 miles) per hour, Hussein al-Qahtani, spokesman for the National Centre for Meteorology, told AFP. The conditions were similar to a 2015 storm that felled a crane at the Grand Mosque, killing more than 100 people and injuring hundreds more, Qahtani said.11 hours ago
