So what happened in your case?
Elaborate?

Yes, this is true. Angels all realized this, and this is why the dispute of Iblis seemed reasonable enough to make other Angels fall aside from him AFTER they first prostrated.
Not only that, but we form easily by winds of society, and culture has a huge impact on us because our minds takes a while to form enough to reason properly.
This trial is not easy, but with love it becomes easy. With love, what is hard becomes easy, with love and praying to God through his name, what is extremely difficult becomes easy. What is painful becomes tolerable and the blessings are appreciated more.
And love has to see value with truth, so it must attach itself to the beloved Creator above all and not equate others with that level of gratitude and respect and value.
And so we are fighting over terminology that seems trivial but is anything but that, and it's one factor to sealing revelations when there was yet a language that was very much primitive in nature yet very beautiful and complex, before dictionaries would ruin things, before people became over simplistic with definitions, and before grammar was hard coded and followed by society, God spoke in a language that allowed him to express concepts that should never be forgotten and in ways that were appreciated in the past and should be appreciated today.
