Especially annoying ones riding on busy streets. It is one of the few allowed methods of extreme late term abortion.
Back when I was working at the toll, saw 2 kids skating down a motorway shoulder. O.O;
I called the traffic police. They picked them up in time and gave them a ride home. Those kids were rad. If my car ever breaks there, I will scoot out by the right side door, and put the warning triangle walking outdide the barrier. A friend of mine barely survived a hit when stopped at the shoulder.
