How is her personal hygiene? Perhaps it's nearing her birthday and you could get her a lovely basket of hints, I mean soaps and bath salts?
She takes pretty good care of herself strangely, I think she's just got used to living that way. Good suggestion though, I could get her some bleach and a mop and bucket
