First of all, I don't celebrate Easter... And I don't see Christmas in a religious way...
He then said, "yes, but, Christmas is Christ's mass...",
So, I replied by saying that I don't throw down and worship Thor every Thursday, but I still acknowledge it is Thursday... It would be a massive inconvenience to have different days from everyone else.
P.S., is they guy Catholic, because the term "mass" shouldn't have any meaning outside "amount of matter an object has" to anyone of any other religion. If he isn't, challenge him on this.
