I don't think so, but that's just my opinion.

I also think it's going too far in the other direction to think he's been persecuted because he's black.

Maybe because he knew she wouldn’t object in front of all those people?  He took advantage of her.  No one accidentally touches a woman’s breast and then accidentally yanks on it, and her. Come on now. This is an easy one, guys. All you need is eyes.
