No. The assassin is Saudi, but the minds that made the plan for him are not.
Just like 9/11 and how almost 50% blame Israel or the U.S government for it by now; question is when are people going to learn? when nukes begin to hit??

Faisal was a Saudi king; corrupted just like the other Saudi kings. But a little bit smarter and more cunning. He wasn't a reformer or a hero, rather another monster from the family of monsters and freaks. He just knew how to play ball with the international community.
