Clinton campaign declined Bill Maher's help cause he's an atheist.

That's blatantly false CA and you know it. Here's some parts of the article: 

Documentarian Michael Moore revealed this week that he made efforts to help Hillary Clinton (who he called "the smartest person to ever run for president") by enlisting Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, and Bill Maher "to form a Justice League of satire and comedy" to take down Trump with jokes during the 2016 presidential debates—an effort the Clinton campaign rejected.

As Moore recounted to Milano ():

I had an idea: During the debates, because his skin is so thin, if she had a comedy shiv that she could just slip under that thin skin of his... When he has his rallies, he's in charge, but at the debate he's not in charge. He would implode if she said just the right thing, just the right satirical moment to get him. Let America watch him come unglued. Knowing her as many of us, or some of you know her better in here... Essentially that's not in her skill set—satire. But I know she gets it.

So I called up Amy Schumer, I called up Bill Maher, and I called up Chris Rock. I said to each of them, We have to form a Justice League of comedy and satire to help her. Do I have your permission to call someone connected at the Clinton campaign or the Democratic party to offer—quietly, we don't want any credit, we don't want anyone to know—and we'll just write little things in the debate that she can say to him that will make him go boom.

I tried once, I tried twice. Finally, they got back to me, and they said, "No. We don't want this help. We would never want it to get out. This comedian is dirty, this comedian is an atheist. You"—me—"have your own set of problems. And it wasn't worth the risk, because we're going to win."

It's a little story I'm sharing with you—I haven't asked Bill and Amy and Chris if I could share it, I hope they're OK with it—and I wanted to use it as an example... If we got turned down—and all we wanted to do was help, who else got turned down? What else happened in that crazy campaign?

Nowhere in any of this does it specifically say the reason was because of Bill Maher's atheism. It could very well be Chris Rock, but CA conveniently misrepresents the article for anyone who won't bother looking at it to fact check it.

No it doesn't implicitly say Bill Maher, but since nothing in your link says that Chris Rock is an atheist, he doesn't talk about being one, and Bill Maher is well known for commenting on religion and made a movie about it, it's a safe assumption that was referring to him.

It also doesn't matter which one it is referring to anyway.

Also: irony for saying I misrepresented a link there. Yours doesn't say that Chris Rock is an atheist. I'd be happy if he were one, as I love Chris Rock, but I didn't find anything like that on Google. Just some quotes critical of Christianity, but that doesn't make one an atheist.
