Sorry honey but ...speaking for my self as an atheist I went through "spirituality" and found just as bad if not worse than religion at a very young age. I am afraid your 20 years was up 11 years ago and nothing has changed, just people getting more worried or greedy or environmentally screwed.
Situation normal I would think. The only down side to atheism would be when Mother is being a mother again or the Universe comes up with something totally unexpected or new...then it is all fun and games.
You say Spirituality is as bad or worst than Religion. Please explain your definition of spirituality?
To me, Evolution content is mainly about the unknown earth and spirituality is the greater unknowns Universe. I’m spiritual sided artist with concerns not worries, who thinks of the world as his family. Feel no need for greed, mainly an environmental entertainer and builder of two eco villages right now.
I still don’t get what’s an atheist’s down side is from you or from any atheist. One agnostic told me an atheist only downside was they were too honest. Being honest mean being open too and beside honesty, for me, is the best policy for imagination.
Then why do atheists have lame imagination?
