As for extraterrestrials, aliens it is quite possible that they exist. Do we know for sure? No. How is this even on page two? It doesn't even qualify as a conversation.
The scam that these crackpots push works this way Shel. They'll freely admit that 90-95% of all sightings are naturally caused and then go "but if just 5-10% of the sightings are REAL then we have an alien invasion."
The rational mind works as yours does and says " those 5-10%" have simply not been attributed to a natural cause YET but we don't need spacemen to fill in the blanks...in much the same way as theists use their fucking gods to fill in the blanks. But there are plenty of assholes out there who think humans are so fucking important that another race would build space ships just to come see us! Religious assholes are pretty much the same...inventing a god who can do everything but who still wants to have a "personal relationship" with these numbskulls.
