He is presumed innocent til proven guilty, no?
So far - no evidence ( unless you' d like to enter the Judges calendars as such) has been entered.
Just testimony by the accuser and accused - plus a few cheerleaders from both sides.
Is the guy guilty? It' s possible. Is her testimony accurate? Maybe. (Talk to people at The Innocence Project - they have a pretty low opinion of eyewitness testimony - and have overturned many convictions where DNA evidence proved the accusers wrong)
Do we have any way of KNOWING?
Of course not - except for that predetermined sort of " knowledge, " born of convictions associated with political party affiliations.
So we see ( R ) - "The bitch is lying".
