I'd like to point out that much of the time, there is no "evidence" of sexual assault, physical or otherwise.
This is exactly why people don't report much. I anticipate an increase in sexual assaults because if you report, you will be mocked, blamed, accused of lying, and/or told to quit whining and cover yourself.
