Yes, people who believe in god always know his will. Then they depend on him to do damage control getting them out of the trouble they got into doing what they thought he told them to do in the first place. Very efficient system of moral decision making.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
