-and then we have the issue of employment scams. People pretending to represent some company with a great offer. OFC you're not actually going to get an all expense paid trip to a equatorial sex club.
-and then we have mlms, where the person telling you about the great offer might actually believe it's true, lol.
It was a bad analogy from every angle, because religion was one of the original models for predatory scams. Paradise, that huge bonus...it's never actually behind the next transaction..that's just something that cons and their marks tell you to get you to part with what they want.
