There should be a week set aside every year where you can buy an expensive licence and hunt one named person you really loathe (no exceptions).

Experience doesn't necessarily equate with expertise. Some of my cousins are old because of no known process I'm aware of. They're missing toes and sundry other parts, including relatives, but they're alive. A few are deaf in one or both ears. Both ears would be from not learning after discharging a large bore piece within inches of the first ear to go dead.
