While we're on the "end times" subject. Have you ever considered how many generations of people have been telling each other that the end will be in their lifetimes, that "the end is nigh". Worse yet, all of those who converted because of this, not that they'd know it (being dead and all), but they got had hard didn't they?
Guess what, "the end is hear" has a double meaning, not only does it mean that God's will is going to be accomplished on earth as it is in heaven, but that a man's life can end at any time, since man is unaware of when he will die it is always near.
The end will not come until the prophecies are all accomplished, Jesus isn't going to pop in out of nowhere, he's already given us a timeframe and the events that will occur, wrapped up in biblical symbolism and literal language. You could decipher it yourself but that would require you to read the bible.
Min: I could learn: Greek, Hebrew & aramaic, but I'm not in seminary. I know plenty of people who do know these languages actually a professor at my college helped interpret the new living translation, Haha...I'm so proud!
