Is it possible there are some parodists among the authors in Answers in Genesis?

I used to visit the site sometimes for lulz and its every page seems lulzier than the next. It claims that some people believe aliens supplied technology for building pyramids. Is there a possible that people who write it knows that these are absolute rubbish. They should at least know that the references and allegations they use are false since they themselves make. Is there any possibility that there are some genuine parodists among the authors? Will there be some authors who has an idea what absolute crap they are writing or their claims are completely false?

Answers in Genesis is the sort of organization you wonder if they are parody or the real deal, it is so hard to identify exactly.

I tend towards the former, because I know people in real life with same beliefs as Answers in Genesis proclaims.
