What he said was vague enough, to on this occasion, give him the benefit of the doubt.
Remember he is a man who speaks exclusively in hyperbole so he may be just exaggerating.
‘Even if it [the enemy] is right next to it [the F-35], it [the enemy] can’t see it [the F-35].’
Doesn’t sound at all vague or ambiguous to me. It sounds as if someone tried to explain stealth technology to him and what he heard was ‘invisible plane’.
