I'm six miles north of Luke Air Force Base and every time one of the fucking things flies over I say to my wife " I guess the F-35's are released from their latest grounding. "  I have no trouble seeing them.  Or hearing them.

One asshole out here called it "the sound of freedom."  I think of it as the sound of a shitload of money being pissed away.

And I couldn't agree more about the 'civility forum' LfC.
