Firstly, fair play for making this thread, I admire your sincerity and I guess you really are searching for answers! Now, I was 15 when I lost my virginity, but I wouldn't be embarrassed about your age - I know guys who didn't have sex until they were 20 or so. Things are different for everyone. It was with my first proper girlfriend and someone I trusted very much, and we are now extremely close friends. That seemed like a perfectly good way for things to happen as it was someone I liked and trusted, so if there's someone who fits that description, seems a good way to do things.
That said, got to give some props to Chuck. I think firstly if you only ever have sex with one person that's a shame, sex with different people teaches you new things and I think from dealing with several women I have added to my repertoire and learnt a lot which can only be good news for the next girl. Waiting until you are in love might seem like a good idea but believe me when I say a few years from now when you look back on your first time, you'll realise how terrible you were at sex. So I fully endorse getting out there and plying your trade with a few girls before you reach the lucky girl of your dreams. Then you will blow her mind with your expert skills.
As a side note, going down on girls is awesome and if you do it right, they will do anything you want.
