Funny I thought the problem was a supposedly omnipotent God, ironically limited to creations within this universe. I have, time and again, here and in RL, considered that there is no super cognition, and that is simply merely a reflection of human's qualities in fictional form. You straw man is still full of straw man and seems to have a lot of emotional baggage. No claim in here was regarding the morality of any God, much less your shopping mall security guard version. Me thinks you're less of an atheist than you think. I believe you just don't like any prescribed God. Are you sure you're not an agnostic anti-theist? Whatever's good for you. See how that last paragraph meant nothing related to the OP or addressed any points or furthered the conversation. It's not addressing bad logic. You're trying to establish I have an insurmountable personal bias that won't allow me to see the truth you see. Don't you think if I constantly, in every thread, addressed your non-belief in God as an insurmountable bias preventing you from seeing God's power without any evidence at all and completely ignoring the points of discussion that I'd get my peepee smacked? That's what reading your posts can be like sometimes.

To the point: Gawdzilla, Theists do have low standards and are usually pretty unimaginative. It's hard to give the gift of volition/choice, without first having options and allowing them to be made. I don't blame people being dicks on God. What's that saying it takes religion to make god people do evil things?
