Did Sai Baba deserve Nobel more than Mother Teresa?

OK, I think we can all agree that Sathya Sai Baba was a crook, asshole, whatever you want to call him, but do you think that he deserved Nobel Peace Prize more than Mother Teresa?
Sai Baba did build hospitals and really good ones from some of the money he made, like in Whitefield, Bangalore in India and it seems to be a really good, modern hospital https://sssihms.org/, although it doesn't seem to be much for the poor, they claim otherwise. And apparently it wasn't the only hospital he made, but three more hospitals along with medical camps organized to visit orphanages, old age homes, leprosy homes, etc. as well as schools and universities https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sathya_Sai_Organization
While, on the other hand, Mother Teresa collected tens of millions of dollars from prizes, from governments and quasi-government organizations, from the rich and powerful, from the mafia. And yet all she did with the money was to give it to the Vatican and open abhorrent places for dying people where they can die in great pain and filth without any sanitation or medication. And as Christopher Hitchens said: It is safe to say, however, that if all the money had been used on one project it would have been possible, say, to give Calcutta the finest teaching hospital in the entire Third World. That such is neither Mother Teresa’s intention nor her desire may be inferred from the Muggeridge incident."
And although they are both scammers the Nobel prize was awarded to one of them, and if it had to be given to one of them do you think that Sai Baba deserved it more than Teresa?
