Did nobody teach this guy to read?

My favorite part of the video is if you max out the size of the video, and look to the right of the screen, and squint, you can see the police officer reach to the interior of the door to the right, it is a speck of a spot when the video is minimized. But you can see/ feel a bit of hesitation, when he grabs the inside handle, as if to say, " I know this guy is a fucking moron, but let me give him a chance to hang himself." That grab of the inside of the door came across as being deciding timing to get max results.

My bet is the guy monitoring the screens told him to hang on a mo', to let the moron get the boltcutters onto the chain.
