Actually, they weren't on the floor. They were sitting just beneath a quote of my response to you and therefore, can only be taken as a response to me. If you meant "you" in general, you could have put that somewhere other than in the typical place you would place a response. At any rate, it's cleared up enough.
Back to bashing. If you believe something is ridiculous, wouldn't it make more sense to bash that than to bash something you don't think is ridiculous? You make it sound like it makes no sense to bash things you don't like. Kind of silly, if you think about it.
