I'll wait for the second half of your responses before posting the megawall of replies, but I'll anticipate that there seem to be extraordinarily large gaps in your knowledge, as far as the sciency side of things is concerned. And it's not just that abomination of chemistry example you made.
One of your last quotes in particular makes it evident that you have a warped image of science, as if scientists were a cult believing in some obscure conjecture which was based on nothing, equating faith in religion with "faith" in science.
