I think that the impeachment process is going to start very soon. Senate cooperation is unlikely. The Atlantic has published an outstanding article, arguing the case for starting the impeachment process immediately. When very sober publications like The Atlantic are publishing articles calling for impeachment, then the writing is on the wall. It is a lengthy and detailed article, very well written and very well argued. It is currently probably the best article on the subject. You can read it here:
