A hell of alot of people sign up explicitly for medical benefits, Yonadev.   That's not really "a problem", it's part of their recruiting strategy.

It's a problem when Mike Pence is your VP.  Hell, to him, the very fact that we exist without being set on fire is a problem.  And I have to imagine the Republican base would collectively wet themselves if they knew that the VA was actually spending money helping trans people with hormones (even if it's already happening).
