But the point is, that if you decided, that women are weaker and smaller and therefore can't take as much physical stress as men, then if you wanted to be consistent and fair, you should beat them proportionally less. A fat guy won't even feel 100 lashes, whereas a skinny woman will die. Maybe have weight classes for beating?
