I also have a tiny problem with the notion of being 'given' another human being. Suggest a really fucked up mindset about women.[as objects]. A lot like the absolute Wahabi Muslim country of Saudi Arabia. EG recently, women were graciously given the right to drive a motor vehicle.
There are actually a lot worse human beings on the planet than our pet Christians.
