Keep talking. No one can come up with a better solution for your problems than you. One of the first things negative emotions and depression do is cause tunnel vision in our persoective. A lot of people in this community have dealt with depression long term, and you should never be ashamed to seek out like minded people who might just be a little further along a path to recovery.
