I don't think you need to do that if you are single like me and don't go out much. But if you are going for a job interview or trying to get into a college or an internship, it really does not matter what one might think themselves, people are going to look at your appearance.
I don't iron or even fold my cloths, but I do wash them. But again, I am also 52, retired and single.
