Why are people against it again? I get so confused with these massive threads of repetitive twaddle and throwing antiquated heritage in the mix just puts a layer of gray paint all over everything.


As far as I can see it is an issue with Semantics only.

As for the "legalisation" of a union so as to make it smoother for the partner left behind...there seems to be no issue.
