God gives laws allowing anyone to marry... Paul is speaking about the persecution christians face and says in his time it is better not to marry as to not bring persecution down on the whole family.

Because you said:

let no man make a law concerning you ablity to marry, people who do so are not from God but from evil spirits.

Then you try to tiptoe around saying that Paul was "only" giving an advice which is obviously not how Pope and Catholics see it, just as when he twice in 1 Corinthians says that, not he, but “the Lord” condemns divorce (1 Cor. 7:10-11, 25), and I am again in crossfire between Christian denominations.
