Otherwise it is stupid to prevent buyers who are indeed well aware from buying.
Again, I am sorry, but even outside this issue, the "buyer beware" excuse has been far too abused.
I am not disagreeing with people getting into something they are aware of. I am saying that greed will cause those with power and money to abuse that excuse.
Not everything in life needs to be marketed as a thrill, or entitlement or vanity product/service.
Nadar pointing out that cars back in the 70s were garbage wasn't saying he was anti transportation.
Selling Mt Everest as a "getaway" isn't a good idea. Some ideas are simply impractical.
