Just when you think the he has reached the depths of stupid...he steps up his game.

I'm sure he meant that going to the Moon again was a stepping stone to Mars, but he ran out of characters.

Still, that's pretty funny.  

He should have someone Tweeting for him.  He can tell them what he wants to say and they can edit it to make some sort of sense.  I wonder if Cofveve comes from the part of Mars that is the moon.
