Yeah, the sheer amount of shitty stuff he's done that's actually confirmed makes these allegations all the more plausible. That said, plausible does not mean confirmed, and, as likely as it is, when we've got so much confirmed stuff to showcase how horrible he is, as callous as it may seem to the 24 women, for me, personally, it's just not as big a priority when we're spoiled for options that are actually confirmed.
For further insight into this mindset, read Christopher Hitchens' The Trial of Henry Kissinger. In it, Hitch plays the part of prosecutor detailing, in his words:
No, I have confined myself to the identifiable crimes that can and should be placed on a proper bill of indictment, whether the actions taken were in line with general "policy" or not. These include:
1.The deliberate mass killing of civilian populations in Indochina.
2.Deliberate collusion in mass murder, and later in assassination, in Bangladesh.
3.The personal suborning and planning of murder, of a senior constitutional officer in a democratic nation Chile - with which the United States was not at war.
4.Personal involvement in a plan to murder the head of state in the democratic nation of Cyprus.
5.The incitement and enabling of genocide in East Timor.
6.Personal involvement in a plan to kidnap and murder a journalist living in Washington, DC.
The above allegations are not exhaustive. And some of them can only be constructed prima facie, since Mr. Kissinger - in what may also amount to a deliberate and premeditated obstruction of justice - has caused large tranches of evidence to be withheld or destroyed.
Admittedly, I'm more talking about criticisms than crimes, but the principle is largely the same, the way I see it: confirmed misdeeds and criticisms are higher priority the merely plausible. Also, see the Chapo take on Joe Biden's career, going into a damning level of detail about his unfitness for the presidency without even touching on the (similarly unconfirmed and smaller scale, but still plausible) misconduct allegations against him (even if it is just because the article they're reading was a bit over ten years old):
