You cannot constitutionally rule over a woman's reproductive system.
If a woman wants an abortion they should have the ability to have one.

Still can't fathom why we don't have pro life sanctuary cities/counties/states. Otta be a no brainer for even the densest evangelicals and fundamentalists.
Don't like a law or ruling? Why bother legislating a solution when you can just opt out ??

Because opting out isn't what they want. Legislating is. We already have "pro life sanctuaries" anyway. Kentucky is one of them. Only one clinic...and it's under constant legal harassment, barred from operating.
