That which makes me 'me' (my memories and experiences) will no longer exist. 

As for the physical 'me', I'm not sure what you mean.  I'm already part of nature.  My body will decompose and all of my constituent bits and bobs will break down into their elemental forms and become available for use by the biosphere.
