To be a true perpetual motion machine it can not have a fuel source. You f-ing dim wits where muddling around it when you where harping on about the second law of thermal dynamics.. which is why i wanted you to explain what that law was because if you had you would have identified the earths heat as a outside power source which does not fit the definition of a perpetual motion machine.
