Kim's hair appears to be an east Asian rendition of the undercut hair style popular with the SS and Hitler Youth during the 1930s and 1940s, and with Alt-right white supremacists like Richard Spenser, the twerp who shot up the black church and the moron who ran over a countermarcher in Charlottesville during the 2010s.
At least it makes them identifiable as bigots from a distance.
