Not too many situations where there is heavy equipment or ships in a prison cell where one is under suicide watch.
Do we know how Epstein died?
People have been known to successfully commit suicide by ramming their heads into the wall even without a running start.
It’s hard to prevent a determined person who knows a little of human anatomy from committing suicide unless you put him in a straitjacket and padded cell. Even then people have been known to commit suicide by biting off their own tongue and chocking on it.
