Those rebels engage in the same janjaweed shit. Perhaps they wouldn't Shell (shoot their assailant), because their culture tells them from birth that they are inferior. Perhaps theyre made to be the victim from day one by a bunch of tribal minded douchebags (on both sides), perhaps they breed and cheer on the "soldiers" from their own side day in and day out. You might shoot a rapist, because you can, you feel empowered to do so..do they? Seems unlikely. The janjaweed rapists are somebodies good guys too, that's the trouble.
Just checked btw, the region is an open arms market...would you like to buy an APC or an RPG? Maybe some artillery? It's all on sale, dead cheap.
